1 glass coconut water
1 cup of kale
1 nopal
2 carrots
1 peeled lemon
2 tablespoons of chia







ALMOND SMOOTHIE
1 Almond milk glass
1 Tablespoon of almond butter
1 Cup v green (spinach, Swiss chard, lettuce or kale)
1 Cup of Peach
1 Teaspoon of cinnamon.
