Basic Nutrition Plan for 6 Weeks


This program is for you if you answer yes to at least one of the following questions:

Something to remember, I do not give diets, I will teach you how to eat and enjoy it, it is an integral process where I will accompany you and through different activities we will discover and establish clear real goals in the different areas of your life.

  • We will analyze all areas of your life to find a balance.
  • We will work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight.
  • We will look for a physical activity that you enjoy.
  • I'll help you cope with the dreaded cravings.
  • We will work on self sabotage and increase self-esteem.
  • The menus will be quick, delicious, fun to prepare and nutritious.
  • Your digestion will improve.
  • You will increase your energy levels.
  • Being healthy is not a goal, it is a lifestyle that is enjoyed in all areas of your life.


Life is short, do not make the waiting of your body longer by giving up and remember that nothing takes as long to arrive as it never starts!
